Jean-Marc Metrailler Promoted to Counsel to the Firm
Foreman & Company is excited to announce the promotion of Jean-Marc Metrailler to Counsel to the Firm, effective January 1, 2026.
Jean-Marc Metrailler has been an integral member of our Class Actions team starting with his articles and call to the bar in 2016.
Jean-Marc (or “JM” to his colleagues) is a collaborative problem-solver with great judgment and a constant eye to the big picture. Jean-Marc acts on behalf of plaintiffs in a variety of matters including consumer law violations, price-fixing and other competition law claims, product liability, financial services, securities, and intellectual property disputes.
